Nice necklace but not durable April 9, 2012

My nephew is 14 and loves this necklace. I've had to purchase it for him 3 times. The 1st time the words faded, then the 2nd time the loop that holds the chain to the cross broke. I took it to a repair shop and they told me since it's metal they can't repair it without welding it. For the $25 price, I just ordered another one but wish it was more durable.
