Shipping Information
  Purity Ring Orders
FREE First Class Mail (normally delivered 2-5 business days after your order is shipped)
$5.95 Priority Mail with tracking number. (normally delivered 1-3 business days after your order is shipped)

All Other Orders
Free shipping on most items throughout the store (look for the "Free Shipping Truck"). Some orders will have a flat-rate shipping charge of $2.95 and will ship via US Postal Service, UPS or FedEx based on weight of your order.
Returns / Exchanges
  Our goal at Christian Teen Shop is to make you a satisfied customer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund. We process returns quickly. Check your account for updates on your return. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Returns:

  • Must be received within 30 days of delivery date.
  • Must include your packing slip. (If you do not have a packing slip, you can print a copy from your account/order information).
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
  • Please ship jewelry or other fragile items in a bubble or padded mailer.
  • CD and DVD items are not refundable unless damaged upon arrival.
  • Jewelry with customized tags are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Ordered Wrong Size Ring?

  • We give a one time courtesy exchange per order.
  • Must be received within 30 days of delivery date.
  • Please write onto your packing slip the size you need. Check the website to make sure we sell the size.
  • Please ship in a padded mailer so that it will not go through the sorting machine and be damage.

When will my order ship?
 
After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. You will also receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped. Please check your spam/junk folder for emails. You can click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order.

Please allow enough time from when you place your order until you receive the shipment. Our stock changes daily and items may be out of stock. If an item is out of stock we will leave a note on your account. You will have the option to wait for the item or cancel.

Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. We check our emails regularly and respond quickly.
