Priority Mail:
  • $4.95 with Delivery Confirmation, U.S.A.
  • $10.95 with Delivery Confirmation, Canada
Overnight/2-Day Air:
  • Call 417-581-SHOP or email us for stock check.

Please allow enough time from when you place your order until you receive the shipment.
Our stock changes daily and items may be out of stock.
Returns & Exchanges
 

Our goal at Christian Teen Shop is to make you a satisfied customer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange.

RETURNS:

  • Returns must be in original unworn condition with no signs of wear.
  • Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery date.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

RING SIZE EXCHANGES:

  • No exchanges on orders outside the U.S.A., only returns.
  • Exchanges must be in original unworn condition with no signs of wear.
  • Exchanges must be received within 30 days of delivery date. 
  • Please ship in a bubble/padded mailer:
  1. The item(s)
  2. The packing slip. Write onto the packing slip the new ring size(s).
  3. $2.95 for return shipping & handling (check or money order).

When will my order ship?
 
After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. You will also receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped. Please check your spam/junk folder for emails. You can click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order.

If an item is out of stock we will leave a note on your account and contact you by email. You will have the option to wait for the item or cancel. Please make sure you enter a valid email address and check your spam/junk folder for emails.
