When will I get my order?
Our goal is to ship every order within 24 hours. In most cases, we achieve this goal. However, we periodically experience unpredictable demand for certain items. We will do everything we can to get your order out the door as quickly as possible.


How long will shipping take for a purity ring?
Purity Rings ship First Class Mail and normally take 2-5 days after order is shipped.

When will my back order ship?
Back orders frustrate us as much as they do you, but they are sometimes unavoidable. Please contact us if you want to cancel an item on back order.

Can I use my Visa or MasterCard gift card for payment? There is no name or address on the card.
Yes. Before you use your gift card, you may need to call the merchant/financial institution that issued the card or go to their website to register the card. When you use the card online, the name and address you provided at registration will match the name and address on file for the card. Once you have registered your card, you can use it online.

Can all your rings be taken to a jeweler for resizing?
No. Only sterling silver and gold rings can be re-sized. Stainless steel rings cannot be re-sized.
